Once upon a time, I studied mechanical engineering at Stanford University. My reward for finishing a brutal problem set was reading a romance novel. After I graduated, I worked for a major airline where I traveled the globe and met my husband. I continued devouring romance novels (and still do!), but I decided to try writing one. Soon, analyzing jet engine performance couldn’t compete with writing happily ever afters. I sold my first book after quitting my job. Since then, I’ve published over forty-five romance novels with Tule Publishing Group, Harlequin, and my own Cardinal Press. I love making readers smile as my favorite authors do to me. I also discovered writing is cheaper than therapy! I’m a USA Today Bestselling author, who enjoys reading, writing, and napping. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, three children, a spoiled Norwegian Elkhound, and cats who think they rule the house They do!
