It's time for the next 2020 “authors with heart” spotlight and giveaway feature. Usually these follow the Mother's Day tote bag projects, but this year that is on hold. As soon as we can reschedule the authors and I will get tote bags to the three Fisher Houses. But until then, enjoy these books from the authors who will be sponsoring the 2020 Mother's Day thermal bags for three Washington state Fisher Houses—VA Puget Sound Healthcare System in Seattle, Madigan Army Medical Center at JBLM, and VA Portland Health Care System in Vancouver. They will also be participating in the big readers giveaway at the end of the project!

Christine Rimmer‘s THEIR SECRET SUMMER FAMILY is featured in this week's spotlight. This is Book 8 in her Bravo's of Valentine Bay series. Here's what I reviewer had to say about the book:

“Heading back to Valentine Bay is always a pleasure. Reading about Dante and Grace, their relationship, and the families we’ve come to love, was like a cool drink on a hot day…refreshing and relaxing. Add in Dante’s two cutie pie girls and their burgeoning ability to wrap their dad around their fingers, to his chagrin and our delight, and you have a great read.”—Amazon Reviewer

Here's the blurb for THEIR SECRET SUMMER FAMILY:

It’s the perfect summer: sun, surf, sand and a secret fling!

It’s just fun and games…

Until someone falls in love.

Officer Dante Santangelo doesn’t “do” relationships, but the busy single dad happily agrees to a secret summer fling with younger, free-spirited Gracie Bravo. It’s the perfect arrangement. Until Gracie falls for Dante, his adorable twins and their ever-present fur baby. Gracie wants a life with Dante. Either she can say goodbye at the end of the summer…or risk everything to make this family happen.

I've enjoyed Christine's Bravo family series. This one sounds like another winners with lots of yummy tropes. I love everything about this blurb, especially why the single dad doesn't do relationships. I'm curious to see what happens. What do you think?
